Why Leading through Belonging, Equity & Interculturality?
As teachers, we have a responsibility to support and educate ALL learners. There are days where I feel burned out, not sure if I can continue to teach in the classroom, and feel like walking away. It is truly a heavy lift, yet one of the many aspects that keeps me going is knowing as I witness the growth in myself and my students, it encourages me to move forward!
MORE IMPORTANTLY, the community of teachers and this community has continued to provide the support that we need in this hour!
I've made so many mistakes and misjudgments, and still do as a teacher. However, through taking risks, moving out of my comfort zone, reflecting, listening to valuable feedback, I have continued to learn the importance of transforming my classroom space when I put belonging, equity, and interculturality in the center of my practice.
My mission is to fully support you in the following areas:
~advocacy
~belonging
~equity
~interculturality
~leadership
~second language acquisition
If you have subscribed to or have supported my social media content, are involved in my Facebook Group, have purchased resources from me, worked alongside me, or have attended any of my workshops or keynotes, this is where you have the opportunity to receive even more on a monthly or yearly basis with an opportunity for individual and weekly group coaching!
In this space
we ask any questions pertaining to challenges that we have encountered in our school communities, classrooms, and/or students, as well as share our progress, heartfelt stories, what we are doing in the classroom, and more!

How it works:
This is a coaching curriculum membership program that you can be a part of for as long as you want. There are 3 different packages to choose from, with options of monthly payment plans. For each, there is a 7 day FREE trial, before you are charged and to see whether or not you want to continue. Here is the link to view the different packages, what they include, and testimonials! You can find the Common FAQs here too, that include a letter to give to your school administrator and/or department chair.
Highlights
of the program include live meet-ups twice a month with group coaching and q&a, access to drip content on a weekly basis, access to a library of FREE resources, prepared templates for teaching are available upon request, access to ALL recordings of the workshops and live meet ups* (should it be relevant*to the content), time alotted for curriculum & lesson plan work sessions, and special guests of the month! Our special guests of the month have included Amanda Benavidez-Williams, A.C. Quintero, Nelann Taylor, Paul Jenneman, Dr. Jerry Parker, Meredith White, Bertha Delgadillo, John Sifert, Allison Wienhold, Regina O' Neal, Jenniffer Saldaña Whyte, Dr. Marta Silva, and more!
Overall
this is a great program that centers on content and strategies to support us all to become more mindful of how we are teaching, what we are teaching, and whether or not it is purposeful and effective for our students, so that we can grow and become better teachers!
